There are already rules set in place regarding waterways and the structure of any type of artificial build which extends on to or by a river. By rights any structure requires permission from the Environment Agency, even a simple wooded fishing swim base requires it.

Planning was granted just before the new year so we have resumed play and already the decking is nearly completed.

When completed we will put some pictures of the decking on the web site for all to see, however it will take some time for the green walls to mature.
