Creating a curved Trex deck

This project is all about creating a curved composite Trex deck. The clients had recently acquired their new build home with a large terraced garden. After moving in they quickly realised they wanted a space in their garden to sit and relax or even party…

In search of a decking professional to design and construct their desired decking terrace, they found the Trex website. Here they were able to enter their postcode to find their nearest TrexPro. They also ordered some handy samples to help them decide which colour they would like to use.

Jeff considered the design of this deck meticulously. Let’s do something that hasn’t been done before. Let’s make this Trex Deck one of a kind. Jeff designed some curved planters that would be made from Trex as well as follow the same radial curve as the steps. These planters also act as a balustrade around the rest of the decking.

You’ll notice Jeff used a couple of Trex Transcend colours. The Spiced Rum and Tiki Torch are both different but offer warm and natural brown tones. These play off of each other superbly and add that extra detail to the overall design.

Once these curved planters have been filled with plants they will bring some lovely aromas and colours into the garden. The best bit is this deck is warranted for 25 Years by Trex because Jeff is a registered TrexPro.
