The well-deserved few were invited to visit the Trex® university in Winchester Virginia USA. An incredible welcome by Trex®, eyes wide open, new products and 5 days of the best decking information on the planet.

What’s hot and what’s not about Trex® decking
The visit started with a close look at manufacturing which is breath-taking. The sheer size of the operation dwarfs many other operations . Well over $1 Billion doesn’t happen by magic. It’s a testimony to exceptional research and devotion by the well trained staff and an attitude where positivity rules the roost.
Trex® University
A spectacular new build with state of the art facilities. A showroom and demonstration area setup like no other. No photos here folks as entrance is on merit and a little secret. I felt privileged to be invited and encouraged by the vast array of products and expertise.
The trip also included guided tours of a detailed plant tour, US Dealers and DIY stores.
A sensational Ice hockey game and a few other surprises were also involved. Local bourbon and gastronomic dishes which, I am sure, are still being digested.
